Physical accessibility
There is a lift to the first floor and electronic doors at the main entrance at our Sheen surgery. Our Kew surgery is based on the ground floor, with ramp access and electronic doors.
For the hard of hearing we have an Induction Loop at reception for both sites.
For the visually impaired and hard of hearing we welcome guide dogs.
How to make a complaint
We want to provide the best possible service to our patients and welcome comments and suggestions. If you have any comments, concerns or complaints, please contact the Practice Manager who will be pleased to talk to you. They will give you further information and guidance, if required, on our practice complaints procedure.
