Training practice

As part of our commitment to educating and training future doctors, we usually have at least one GP Registrar working in the Practice. GP Registrars are fully qualified doctors who are undertaking further specialist training in General Practice. They see patients by appointment in the same way as the Partners and Associates.

We also teach medical students, nursing students and newly-qualified doctors (F2s) who may be attached to the Practice in order to gain experience and understanding of General Practice.

We are committed to continued professional development and education for doctors and staff and believe a supportive learning environment for everyone at the Practice, including our patients, creates an invaluable combination of high quality professional healthcare and a recognition of the importance for individuals of maintaining responsibility for their own health.
