Test Results

The best way to access your test results is with the NHS app. You may also view them online with Patient Access, please speak to our reception team to verify your identify before attempting to access this service.

Test results are received throughout the day and checked by your doctor.

You can speak to a member of our Nursing team to be informed of your test results, please note from January 2026 this service will only be available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please telephone 020 8876 3901 or 020 8876 4442 from 2.30pm – 3.30pm and select option 3.

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice. It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if you are advised to do so.
